Tinypic has removed so many of my gifs.... It kinda pisses me off a little, because I don't get notified of it, so I just see a lot of "this image has been moved or deleted" blocks. And I'm not moving or deleting them, plus I don't have very good organization on my external, I just dump all of my gifs into one folder after they've been uploaded, so I can't really find which one is missing easily. Plus, sometimes I forget to move them onto my external.... ugh.
so, I'm setting my tinypic to private in hopes that that fixes this, let me know if this stops you from being able to see my .gifs so I can change it back

I was invited to a GoT s2 premier party. I got all excited, he said there wouldn't be any fires so I would be able to go, and I found some food I wanted to make and bring from Inn at the Cross Roads, he actually said he had an idea on something to make himself that I wasn't allergic to!

We went through a huge mess of me trying to list everything I couldn't eat, and....

Then I remembered, oh yea, he's friends with a lot of people who I know smoke, and have weekly marijuana parties, or so I've gathered from bits of conversations I've heard I should ask: "do people smoke in your house frequently?"

And turns out, his mom smokes.

Well, shit. There goes that... You know, I really wish I wasn't allergic to smoke. It kinda ruins social aspects of one's life. Like going to outlet malls, other people's houses, parties, bonfires. Outside in general....

/quite disappointed.
We've got a lot of premium channels at my house, but HBO isn't one of them-- and it would be rather silly to buy it just for one show, particularly since I only ever watch TV for Supernatural and Doctor Who, so it really wouldn't get used for more than just GoT... Blah. I think I'll still make the lemon cakes though, the Concord Grape Pie also looks tasty, just for the heck of it.
Oh well.

It's reeeeeeeeally close to the goal!
"This is a very stable, self-regulating industry that is not in need of legislation that would require professional, practicing makeup artists to undergo further education; certifications; being subjected to random inspections, fines and punishments which would effectively jeopardize their livelihoods driving them out of business or out of California. This bill would be expensive, ineffectual and damaging to an industry that does not require or need this. It will not create jobs, promote safety or sanitary practices, it will criminalize practitioners who already demonstrate professional and safe practices."

What this bill does not do is create jobs, it just makes artists have to pay more money to unnecessary sources. It does not promote better sanitation (heck, the people I've seen neglecting sanitary precautions the most are ones who have been to a makeup school -_-.)
This is not the way to go about anything, and it's an obvious way for makeup schools and the state government to gain more money. This will seriously harm the MUAs, and does NOTHING to help them.

Mostly, I've learned that dragons are hard from this. ;-;
I just redid the background, but her boob still looks weird. For some reason, I want to re-do her hair (but.... ugh, that would be a pain in the ass because I already merged most of my layers together) I feel like I've been working on this forever.
The dragon's wing looks weird....

I think my biggest problem is that I've been working on this for too long, and I've made a pretty drastic improvement in my skills--I think-- and so some of the bits I've redone/more recently done don't match the older ones.... So it looks kinda pieced together and that drives me insane. Like, the hair and the skin don't match and the dragon body and wings don't match. :\
